Under the influence of globalization, author Koon-Chung CHAN opened a window for local Taiwanese creators to communicate across borders. With experience living in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, several of his works touch upon sensitive political issues, but CHAN handles them in a relatively delicate manner. Through the eye of the other, he brings a new perspective to the table.
